Elemental Weakness not Damaging Enemies or Showing on ground

Elemental weakness all of a sudden does not show up on the ground or damage enemies. Ive tried everything to fix it

It always did. And why wouldnt it show on ground either?

It is a curse, does not damage. Mine works fine, I see the ground effect work, burning inscription is working with it, the abyss effect is working with it too.

If your ground effect isnt working then are you using it in blasphemy? It doesnt damage.

Mine is doing the same. Very delayed reaction time if in maps about 10 to 12 secs it will show up. With a lot of faster curse activation it should be almost immediate. Anyone have an idea?
