unanounced change to Warlord's Mark - no rage on stun

so, there seems to be a change (bug?) with Warlord's Mark

the gem says 'gain 10 rage when you stun an enemy'

previously it worked from the moment you equipped the gem

right now, you have to have any other source of Rage allocated for it to work

it kinda makes leveling marauder a lot less fun tbh
