Kirac's mission refresh

Kirac's mission list for the Map Device only refreshes after opening a map. If there are many missions, this process can be very time-consuming. Could a refresh button be added, similar to the one in the Ancestor shop? Clicking it would directly consume one corresponding Kirac mission charge and refresh the current list without needing to open a map.

P.S.: Since survey reports can refresh missions directly, why do regular missions require opening a map to refresh? I don’t understand.
