Righteous Providence Forbidden Flame/Flesh for Templar not activating when inserted into the tree

I am an Inquisitor attempting to use Righteous Providence but it has no effect when applying it to my skill tree.. i have no other Flesh/Flame on my tree.. other Templar Flesh/Flame combo's work fine.. so i am assuming this is a bug.. if i am doing something wrong please let me know.. but i'm pretty sure this is a bug.. thanks!

Your Inquisitor seems to already have that Ascendancy passive already allocated?

Or did you have it unallocated when trying the Righteous Providence jewels, and reallocated it when swapping back to the Radiant Faith jewels?

lol yea you nailed it.. i already had it occupied on my ascendancy.. oops.. sorry about that!
