Headhunter Belt teleport

I was in Temple and in the limb device and I got teleported out of it and into a pack of mobs that killed me, and after i came back the device didn't work

There's a mod you can get that teleports you to the nearest pack. I personally hate it and is the main reason I don't run a hh.

Thought i was "pretty safe" in the limb device, the problem is with HH that it triggers too often and randomly.
