Essences farm strat

Helllo there o/

So, I post here just to know some of your opinions about essences farming.

Context :
- I farm essences in Strand T6 maps, 20% quality, rare.
- I wait until I have 144 maps (A full stash tab), 2x essence scarabs, 1x ascent, 1x stability (I only have 5 slots in my map device, I can't manage to finish a T17 map...)
- I can complete a map in approx 2min.
- I'm playing in standard.

And now, some little questions :
- Do you rare your maps ? I know that rare mods doesn't change the essences, but, with rare maps you can drop more maps, to farm maps (For example, drop directly Strand maps, or Tropical Island to do later, for farming Strand maps and fill stash tab). Or just chisel your maps for quality, but still in white is it ok ? Or no chisel, no rare...
- Which scarabs do you use ?
- Do you take wailing essences ? I take them, but I'm not sure it's profitable...
- Do you run your map with specifics minimum number of mods, items quantity % minimum... ?
