Extra content not showing after boss kill

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding this but I believe Jonathan said in a podcast if you kill the boss all extra content shows so may be a console bug but sometimes killing the map boss doesn't show the extra content it's happening every now and again, also shout-out to ggg for showing where the map boss is after killing a few packs really appreciate having that.
