GGG get out of NZ

Record numbers of people are leaving NZ
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/nov/03/new-zealand-economy-record-numbers-leave-why-people-choosing-australia NZ is full of rich people who never worked in their lives and just live off dividends and renting. GGG could barely handle 4 month POE1 cycle, now they have a 2 month cadence cycle, with the result that every release is filled with bugs and exploits week 1, last minute changes before deployment, etc. They do the best with the ressources allocated to them but it's clearly not enough. Staff completely overworked every christmas so that they need 1 month break etc. There are no more people left to hire in NZ for GGG and they really need more people for this endeavour. Australia constantly brain drain NZ ppl, so this is constant problem for GGG. In opposite direction brings only retired and wealthy ppl who looking for slower, quieter life.
