Sacrificial Chamber not appearing in room card pool

Over the past week, I have opened more than 50 temples, and the Sacrificial Chamber has not appeared on the room cards a single time. I am aware that only one Sacrificial Chamber can exist in a temple at any given time. Because of this, I suspect the game may be incorrectly flagging my temple as already containing one, even though it does not, and removing it from the card pool entirely.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue or an unintended bug? I’d like to know before continuing to spend time attempting to obtain it.
