Arbiter of A$$

Arbiter dies, but keeps using his abilities wile at 0 HP. After minutes of dodging one of those stupid abilities one shots me, Arbiter regains full health. Fight restarts, same bug. Force new instance, Arbiter fight is closed and all fragments are lost. So is all the time invested to get them?! ....
