Infinite Loadins Screen trying to access other players Hideouts

As the title suggests for the past 10 days I get stuck in infinte loading screens every second time i try to buy anything from the tradesite loading into other players hideouts.

Changing servers, emptying the Cash and veryfiing game files has not solved this. I couldnt purchase countless items because i simply cannot enter players hideouts.

I noticed that last time I played last week. Took aaaaaaaaages to load another players hideout for trade. And they just had the default beach hideout.
