Triggers meta GEM [BUG] after Respec passives turn into unuseable for the same char

This has happened to me before with another character who had already finished the campaign, and I changed their build.
When I give the same gem to another person or they use another character, the same gem doesn't have the problem. So, since I passed on the old gem from the first problem I had, when I encountered it a second time, I decided to make the video. I hope this helps the team, and have a great day at work!
