Audio Problem when playing on PS5

I have been experiencing an audio problem with the game for months now. I'm including a clip of some gameplay demonstrating it with my Witch, but it also happens with my Sorceress. Seems to be any magic that affects enough enemies at once. Even if I have no minions active, it still happens. I've tried adjusting every setting on the game and my PS5 to fix the problem. Changing the game settings has lessened the effect, but it's still there. I keep my sound system turned down as it sounds like it's going to blow out a speaker if I have it turned up for too long.
