Hello good afternoon
I encounter a bug where im forever stuck - unable to proceed with the main quest its happen after i died while fighting The First Herald (excavated site) im using poison - so after i died, the First Herald died i Didnt press resurrect immediately so the main quest just continue straight with the the cutscene.. so here after im resurrected im stuck behind the wall and unable to proceed with the main quest. i already try to die many time at other map, and replaying the previous map Arastas. but it still stuck forever behind this wall, and im unable to reset back this map. https://myimgs.org/image/OE5VSecW here the proof image and provided bug reference number 707,618,099 hopefully dev team able to fix this as im just started playing this season. and now im stuck forever at the main quest Last bumped on Jan 26, 2026, 6:35:18 PM

Thanks for reporting this, I've raised it with the team to look into. It should be possible to progress by using Instance Management to create a new version of the instance, or simply allowing the existing instance to time out. You'll need to kill the Herald again (sorry for the inconvenience!). You can access instance management by clicking the Excavation waypoint on your map while holding Control, or by holding "A" when choosing the waypoint if on Controller instead of just tapping it to fast travel. |
