Lost all xbox friends but not pc friends (again)

In game friends list has been wiped, again, only have PC friends remaining. This is the third or forth time it has happened and it's real annoying to re add everyone.
Only thing I can think of is its a sync issue when I switch over to my wife's Xbox when im watching football etc on my TV. Anyone else have this happen? I thought i made a previous post about it but I don't see it on my list. Last bumped on Mar 3, 2026, 8:36:47 PM

Sorry you are having issue with the in-game friends lists, especially related to cross-play.
Could you please confirm a few things for me: When you linked your PC account to the Xbox account are you using the same sub-account on both platforms? The sub-account selection is shown above your character selection list when you have just logged in. Could you also check your "Disable Crossplay" is in its default state "OFF" within your Xbox game options tab. (it should be at the top of the tab) Thanks for your help with this, we just want to confirm information to eliminate potential causes whilst we continue to investigate.
