Lost all xbox friends but not pc friends (again)

In game friends list has been wiped, again, only have PC friends remaining. This is the third or forth time it has happened and it's real annoying to re add everyone.

Only thing I can think of is its a sync issue when I switch over to my wife's Xbox when im watching football etc on my TV.


Anyone else have this happen? I thought i made a previous post about it but I don't see it on my list.
