my coc comet stormweaver bricked itself after swapping gear with no fix after swapping back. POE2

I'm playing CoC stormweaver. everything was working just fine with all my gear setup until i wanted to try a new amulet with no spirit on it. i didn't like it so i switched back and now my build doesn't work. i checked ALL the requirements for all my gear and all my supports and I'm getting different numbers from my skills menu and my in game spirit bar next to my mana. the in game mana bar says i have 91 spirit remaining (COC is at 20% quality) but in the skills menu it says i have no spirit remaining but wont proc my comet skill. with all my spirit gems turned off and CoC comet turned on, i found that it still doesn't work... my build is currently bricked until this can get fixed, please help.
