Character Softlocked in The Stones of Serle

I am currently stuck in the quest step "Speak to Una" to receive the blessing from the fey spirits in the Stones of Serle, but when I do, nothing happens, leaving me completely unable to progress.

I have attempted to:

- Restart instance and try again
- Talk to quest giver to see if something is broken
- Restarted from the beginning of the interlude and gone through as normal

Nothing changes. I've managed to play through the other two interludes without any issues, and even after doing so, came back to the Stones of Serle to find the issue persists.

And of course, about 30 seconds after I post this, it randomly fixed itself.
