Second Spymaster's Study Empty/No Level Up

Most recently added room to temple was another Spymaster's Study. As soon as I entered it the room was completed, and every monster in it was already dead (no drops, just bodies on the ground).

If this was the result of the other Spymaster Study assassinating them via RNG, the other study did not level up (both are still level 1).

Of note: This room was saved from destabilization by a medallion immediately before this run started.
