Cannot play due to game-breaking bug - gzlwhrt57a33

Currently unable to play the game, as it crashes at character select. First I was unable to enter Atziri's temple, the game would crash to desktop every time I tried. Even entering a friend's instance would result in a CTD.

Last night however, I completed the stolen Barya interlude, spoke to the hooded one, and then travelled to Mount Kriar to begin Doryani's Contingency. I got an immediate crash to desktop, just like when attempting to enter Atziri's temple.

Now whenever I try to log on, I get the same crash. I've tried selecting different servers, waiting for the instance to die, I tried CTRL + Enter to respawn back at camp, but it still crashes (I believe because the location my character is in, "The Glade", is a camp, therefore it still attempts to spawn him in the same place so does nothing).

I have been completely hard-locked out of the game due to this bug.
I tried contacting support but was told they are too busy due to the large number of support requests and to post here for assistance instead.

Is there anything anyone can suggest? Or am I completely screwed here?

This might have something to do with the lack of swords in the game, Bump for visibility.
