Objects like trees/tents/pavillions no longer properly unload since Patch 0.4.0d

Since the last patch (the patch that updated a lot of textures), a lot of objects no longer properly unload/fade when you step behind/ below them. Following objects are affected:
Trees on the map azmerian ranges Trees in Vaal city the Big huts/pavillions on mire Any of the trees that got added in act 4 (Big leafy trees with red flowers) Because these objects no longer properly unload, these and more maps have turned into giant deathtraps.
