2 atlas boss points missing

I’m currently stuck at 8/10 points despite completing the requirements at least three times. I have defeated numerous Citadel bosses in T15 maps with 6 mods (irradiated) and finished the 'Pinnacle of Flame' quest. I’ve also cleared level 79+ anomalies and countless bosses in 6-mod areas, as these are the maps I run consistently. I’ve sought help in forums, but despite double-checking everything and re-running the tasks twice, the points are still not registering. At this point I am assuming it is a bug
