Microtransactions empty

I was having and can currently replicate an issue with the Microtransactions being empty. To resolve this I have to verify game files through Steam.
When I go to my Cosmetics menu and choose Skills and then the + Diamond "Buy More" that opens the Microtransaction Shop and the shop is empty. If I reverify the files, they come back.
