Reflected Curse via Blasphemy won't retrigger

While wearing the Shackles of the Wretched with a curse slotted in Blasphemy (in my case, Temporal Chains), the curse will only be reflected back to you once when the gem is first slotted in. After that, Temporal Chains will still apply to enemies you are around, but won't reflect back to you (even though the Shackles of the wretched should continue to apply it as its currently written). Currently makes my Charm Ritualist I was hoping to make much worse if just not unplayable.
