Can not complete act 2 quest 'Elemental Offering' in POE2

Hey, Developers please fix this bug with Elemental Offering Quest. I am not able to finish it no matter what i do. I tried many things such as multiple instances while solo, in party, repair the game, reinstall the game. I had opened the urns and i think i wasn't looted the blue ring so i was not enable to finish it. I tried to see if i get that ring dropped again but it was not there. Please do something about it because from what i recall this issue has been posted, reported by multiple players !
