Upgraded Tier 3 Arsenals block progression 229801275

Every time I use a an use a Medallion that upgrades a room on a tier two arsenal, I get stuck in this room with no way to trigger completion. This halts progression in my temple and forces me out of the temple without being able to complete it.

Also note that these rooms are called 'galleries' (tier3), but they appear on the mini map as 'Arsenals' (tier2)
