Major lag on console

About an hour ago, I started to rubberband all over the place. No matter what graphic setting I choose, the lag persists. The network ping constantly spikes from 19 ms to 240+ ms every second. Restarted the game multiple times and checked the NAT type and connection. Everything seems to be good on my end.

I'm on Xbox X.

I play on PS5. I started having the exact same problems yesterday around the same time. Especially in the temple, the ping is 250+. I'm sure it's not your internet connection!
