body armour bug

I have a fk problem, my body armor disappears during teleports and with it the support gems, if I restart the game it reappears but the support gems and the divs to purchase them are gone! Please solve the problem for me because I've already thrown away hundreds of divs for support and exp because I find myself in the game without a body armor.
