Changes to passive tree for weapon-specific nodes after respec does not "stick"

Hello!
Every time I try to respec my passive tree to have some nodes only be specd for weapon I, the game reverts it to the previous tree state as soon as I change the map or logoff/login. Example: I have all the passives around Cut to the Bone (7 nodes, counting the Cut to the Bone passive). I've tried to "refund" them and allocate them just for Weapon I. Whenever I teleport anywhere else, it reverts. This happens not only on Cut to the Bone. It happens anywhere. Nodes around: Return to Nature, Constricting. It's always the same. If I allocate just for weapon I, or just weapon II, or if I allocate some other stuff for weapon II, nothing works. Removing nodes and remapping them to something else (not weapon-specific) work _most_ of the times. I'm playing on an XBox S, if that matters.
