Items conflict

Hello,

Anyone know why i cannot use both this items? Every single socketable inside it is different by the others... i don't understand...

The game let me to equip without problem the gloves OR the belt, but when i try to equip both, the game deactive the belt, even if no rune is duplicated.

My lvl is 97.

i have done the same post in general discussion, but i start to think my situation is a bug, so i repost here. (if it is required i delete the previous post)
