Items conflict

Hello!
I have a strange situation: Anyone know why i cannot use both this items? Every single socketable inside it is different by the others... i don't understand... The game let me to equip without problem the gloves OR the belt, but when i try to equip both, the game deactive the belt, even if no rune is duplicated.
