Blood mage life remnants + soul tether not working

Hello,

If you have overflow health via life remnants, then the soul tether effect of "excess life recovery from leech is applied to energy shield" doesnt work at all

Fairly certain its not an intended interaction or at least its not worded as such.

Not sure if its relevant, but im using Harmonic Remnants 2 and Remnant Potency 3 on it as well.

I also noticed that there is no possibility of turning life remnants off, not sure if that one is intended either.
