Map bug

In the double-door room of the Burial Chambers map, I have opened the three elemental offering jars (Ruby/Yellow/Topaz rings), but the "Elemental Offering" objective has not been marked as completed.
I have since sold or discarded the ring. After multiple attempts to re-enter the map, restart the game, and verify gam e files, the jars remain in an already-opened state and no longer drop a ring, preventing me from completing the objective.
Request:
Please reset my "Elemental Offering" quest progress or reset the state of the offering jars in the Burial Chambers double-door room so that I can complete the objective.
