Breach Splinters not combining into Breachstone.

I have 300 splinters but it isn't crafting the breachstone. I have tried to unstack and adding it back to form the stack of 300 but it still doesn't craft it.

they dont anymore, open atlas map and go realmgate and place them there.
50 splinters = T1 100 splinters = T2 150 splinters = T3 |
