Hall of Offerings consumed itself and removed future Altar of Sacrifice spawns

Description:
I used Hall of Offerings to sacrifice Hall of Offerings itself. As a result, I received two Sacrifice Rooms. After this happened: • Hall of Offerings disappeared from my room pool/sequence (as expected after being consumed) • However, the Sacrifice Rooms remain active • Since then, no new Altar of Sacrifice rooms have appeared at all I have refreshed approximately 200 rooms, and not a single new Altar of Sacrifice has shown up.
