Chill ground + weapon swap + crystalized immunities

The issue i found is that when you are standing on chill ground with chill immune from crystalized immunities on weapon swap it doesn't remove the chill even when my character sheet says I am immune to chill. Further clarification below.

I have an Oracle with Crystalized Immunities. Weapon swap 1 has chill immune and weapon swap 2 is shock immune. When in a map with chill ground I can weapon swap to weapon set 1 and walk on chill ground and not get chilled correctly. However if I am already standing on chill ground with my shock immunity on. Then weapon swap to chill ground, the chill is not removed and my character is slowed.

Oddly enough this is more common than it sounds for me as I am playing around with Spear of Solaris on my chill immunity set up.
