Invisible, azmir, spirit, monsters

I was doing a tier for map and an azmir spirit popped up giving monsters multiple multipliers up to like 12 and it ended up turning the monsters invisible, and I had dropped a fractured orb could not pick up fractured orb because in invisible monsters had killed me, I would like to fracture or back and this glitch fixed and Amere spirits taken out of the game because there is a glitch where they will turn invisible and that cost me 25 divine. I would like my money back.
