FIREBALL SKILL NO UP LEVEL WHEN USE DIAMOND

I have 32 level skills in my Fireball skill, but when I put Diamond jewel (+2 lvl skills Fireball) no change skill level (no change dmg, area, impact, etc). Follow image.

After equipping the gem, try changing locations or using a skill.
It's mostly just a UI bug.The level and damage work as intended. |

I changed jewel position, weapon set, used skill...no changed |
