Lags in game

Hello dears Everyone

i am playing POE 2 on PC - Steam

recently am having a disturbing lags in the game, while my PC is a high end PC, my connection is fiber optec, and i was playing the game for the past two leagues and its was great,


the lag happens when i use a portal to anywhere, sometimes the loading screen takes forever, and 90% of the times i spawn in the map and get stuck on the spawning area, sometimes in my hideout, sometimes if i ALT+TAB the game.

its happening frequently and i spend most of my time logging in and out to fix it and i am really tired of that i even started to get bored of the game.

i tried updating my drivers, i tried to lower the game graphics, i tried to change the game servers, nothing working.

is there anything i can do to fix this?
