Vaal temple bugged - can loot but cannot use any workbench

I think my vaal temple might have bugged out. I did the following:

- Got my 6th beacon active so the teleport appeared
- Stepped in, loaded a temple and got in the instance
- Stepped out and used the teleport to go to my hideout
- Teleported back in from my hideout, then the console spawned and deleted some rooms

Disclaimer: I did not know teleporting out deletes the temple

- Teleported out again, then manually walked up to where the 6th beacon was activated
- Stepped inside and the old temple was present

Now, I can loot and kill stuff just fine. But none of the workbenches work, the doors don't render as closed when I step into a room (although I can't exit so I assume the door is there)

I'm not sure if this is relevant to your situation but I had something similar happen to me and was able to fix it.

In my case I was using an alt character to open maps and get to the vaal temple thing in the maps. Then I would log onto my main character to get crystals. I assume I got hit by the coop bug people are reporting so I reversed what I had done earlier and used my main to open a map and then went into a new temple on my alt. This fixed the bug for my main character so I am now able to interact with things like before. I assume my alt is now bugged but that is not as impactful.
