Breach tablet Wraeclast Besieged bugged! Ring wont close > no splinters drop!

I used the special unique breach tablet Wraeclast Besieged that keeps the ring open until all breach enemies are killed. I cleared the entire map and even spent 10-15 checking each corner for at least 1 more mob but nothing. totally cleared map, and got 0 breach splinters!! cuz the ring wont close! this happened already 2 maps in a row. for now i simply cant use that unique breach tablet as its a pure waste of my time and get NO SPLINTERS in return!
