Missing medalions and no mechanic rewards in any of the rooms in the temple

Hey there.
Had to leave the temple to dump my stash. I opened up a new temple after finishing one and forgot to dump right there so I went out after clearing two rooms (out of 22). Once I got back in i could not interract with any of the reward pedestals in the temple, nor did the UI show any to click on. Became more evident on once the medalion droped which showed up on the minimap, but not on the floor.
I checked the loot filters and they show regular drops, just not the incursion mechanic related one.
