GGG are gradually updating PoE 1's MTX to be compatible with PoE 2's version of the game engine - the majority of the MTX originally developed with PoE 1 in mind are not yet available in PoE 2.
I'd recommend using PoE 2's MTX shop if that's the game that's most important to you. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
