AMD Radeon driver 26.1.1 still has very long load times

As with other drivers after 25.9.2, the latest 26.1.1 still has very long load times. *sigh*

And not just "a bit", the shaders compile forever. Im at 20+ min waiting for the map to show up instead of the gears. That's one bloody weired problem specific to this game.
