Shockchain Arrow is very buggy.

The skill states “That it homes in on enemies afflicted by lightning ailments. Hitting such an enemy will cause your arrow to release a damaging shockwave and chain towards nearby targets.”

There have been numerous instances where I’ll have enemies afflicted with shock, hit them with shockchain arrow and it literally does nothing but its proj dmg, no shockwave from hitting a shocked enemy like it states it does. The same has happened with electrocuted enemies aswell where it just doesn’t trigger its shockwave on hit.

If an arrow chains/forks/pierces from an enemy afflicting with a lightning ailment it will not trigger its main effect. Make sure you have none of that. Ive played shockchain, and it works fine. Except the lightning rod thing - its useless, since shockchain cant chain to them.
