POE2 fate of the vaal Bug Report - Sacrifice Room Not Spawning

I am writing to report a critical gameplay bug in Path of Exile 2 fate of the vaal on the PC-International Standard server, which has completely broken the Vaal Temple core mechanic for my character.

Bug Description:
The Vaal Temple Sacrifice Room is permanently unspawnable after I destroyed the original Level 3 Sacrifice Room and mistakenly used Sacrifice Cards when there was no Sacrifice Room on the temple map. Up to now, I have accumulated over 1000 Temple Energy charges and refreshed the temple room pool countless times, but the Sacrifice Room never appears in the spawn pool. I have tried defeating the Temple Architect and the Queen, as well as abandoning the current Vaal Temple progress and restarting it from scratch, but all these actions have no effect on fixing the bug. There are no error codes or game crashes during this process, and it is a pure gameplay mechanic malfunction.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug:

1. Spawn a normal Sacrifice Room in the Vaal Temple and upgrade it to Level 3 until it is destroyed naturally.
2. Obtain Sacrifice Cards from temple drops and use them when there is no existing Sacrifice Room on the current temple map.
3. Accumulate Temple Energy charges and refresh the temple room pool repeatedly; the Sacrifice Room will not spawn at all.
4. Defeat the Temple Architect and the Queen, then refresh the room pool again — the bug still persists.
5. Abandon the current Vaal Temple progress and restart the temple from scratch, the Sacrifice Room still cannot spawn.

Expected Result:
The Sacrifice Room should spawn normally in the Vaal Temple room pool following the standard spawn weight rules when there is no active Sacrifice Room on the map, with sufficient Temple Energy charges for room refresh.

1. Screenshots of the 700+ Temple Energy count and the empty room pool (attached) for your reference.
2. This bug is also reported by many other players in the Valor Fate League on the official POE forum, which may be a widespread issue.
3. No game client corruption or third-party software is used on my account, and the game is running the latest official version.
