POE2 - 0.4 - Act 4 Tavakai bug

Defeated Tavakai and he died on a corner of the screen. When The Hooded One came to cure him, they just froze and bugged together in the same place. It didn't complete the animation and ended up not completing the quest to finish the Act.

I play on PC, but was playing with controller when this happened.
Tried going back to mouse/keyboard, exit and come back from map, but still didn't fix it.

What I had to do to solve was simply open a new instance and defeat him again.
