Inventory Issue

Earlier today, while playing on my PS5, I went to my stash, took out, and equipped the "The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour," which grants access to Herald of Thunder, Ice, and Ash when support gems are placed in each socket. I entered a dungeon, but shortly afterward noticed the armor was no longer equipped. I returned to my hideout and found the armor back in the stash, in the exact same spot where I’d originally taken it—but all the gems were gone.

I equipped the armor again, repurchased the support gems, and re-entered the dungeon. Once more, the armor disappeared. I went back to the hideout, but this time the armor wasn’t there at all. I closed the game completely, restarted it, and found the armor back in my inventory—yet again, all the gems had vanished.

It’s unacceptable that after purchasing this armor through trade, I can’t actually use it. More importantly, I want my lost gems restored—some of them were quite rare. I demand compensation for these losses.
