Adonia's Ego Bugged

I am having an issue that just started happening. When I equip Adonia's Ego the granted skills(Pinnacle of Power/Power Siphon) do not equip onto the skills hotkeys. I can manually place them there, but once I switch instances (New map, Hideout, Abyssal Depths, etc) It reverts and I have to put them back onto the hotkey again. Every. Single. Instance swap.

Hope something gets fixed soon, cause this is rather annoying.

If anyone has a fix, or an idea of what's going on in the meantime. Please let me know.

I do think this is a bug but the workaround is to slot power siphon on your hotbar and that should keep pinnacle of power where you want it. I put power siphon on middle mouse click and never use it. You must lock your weaponsets for this to work (right click the I or II atop the weapon selector).

Seems to be an issue related to weapon set cheese where folks are pumping up power charges on weapon set 2 but then consuming them on weapon set 1, etc.
