Does Poison BD get benefit from Wither or Despair?
Poison does poison damage over time: bypass ES, and it was said the damage type is Chaos damage.
So Wither applies Chaos damage taken, refers to hit damage only or both with damage over time? Same question with Despair, or does resistance affect damage over time?
And, what the Choas tag do for poison skills? except and a +1 level from Choas Master.

With this tag things that affect chaos skills will work with posion skills (because the tag makes them chaos skills). That's what gem tags do gameplay-wise.

Not only chaos, general % inc damage doesn't work as well, as stated in the poison keyword pop-up
