Swap Bug, Staggering Palm

Swapping from wolf form back to quarter staff bugs staggering palm. Buff is on but no affect. If I remove and equip gem buff still shows and skill affect is usable again till I swap to wolf form and back.

Only way I can play is to either not swap to wolf in the middle of skills or pause, pick gem out of a slot then drop it back in.
Also, can we get a pause on buffs and charges during boss invulnerability? Really hard to build up charges just to watch the boss do animations invulnerable till all my charges are gone again.
